C. Purchase of Products

Acceptance of Orders

Your order represents an offer to purchase the products listed in your order ("Products") from us under the Terms. All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order at our discretion for any reason without liability to you. Examples of when we may not accept your order include but are not limited to:

1. Products being shown on the Website but not available or incorrectly priced or described.

3. Orders containing multiple quantities of a product to be shipped to different addresses.
4. Orders with shipping restrictions.
5. Delivery address being that of an entity or individual providing freight forwarding services.

After submitting an order, we will send you an order acknowledgment email with your order number and details of the Products and any Delivery Services you ordered from us. This email is an acknowledgment that we have received your order and is not an acceptance. Acceptance of your order occurs when we send a Dispatch Confirmation email, confirming that the products have been dispatched.

Prices

All prices on the Website are for the Products only and do not include delivery charges. Hussain Anfar Perfumes reserves the right to vary prices of Products listed on the Website at any time without notice, but such changes will not apply to Products for which a Dispatch Confirmation has already been sent.

Payment Terms

The total cost of your order will include the purchase price of the Products plus any applicable delivery charge. Payments must be made in the currency specified for the selected shipping destination.

By placing an order, you confirm that the credit/debit card or payment method being used is yours, and all details provided (including name and address) are complete, accurate, and correct. All credit/debit cardholders and payment method holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer or payment method provider. If the issuer refuses to authorize payment, we will not accept your order.

If your credit/debit card or payment method is not denominated in the currency of your purchase, the final price may be charged in the currency of your card or account. This price is calculated and charged by your card issuer or bank, and we are not responsible for any costs, charges, or other liabilities that may be incurred as a result.

Delivery and Risk

Cancellation and Returns

Should you wish to cancel or return any Products, you may only do so in accordance with our Returns & Cancellation Policy, which does not affect your statutory rights.

Age Requirements

If you order a Product to which a minimum age requirement applies, by ordering that Product you confirm that you are of the required age. If we reasonably believe you are not legally entitled to order a Product, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
